JC’s Cow Horn Buckles, warranty free from defects on material, parts and workmanship. For warranty questions please call us at 580-761-8235.

Warranty excludes the following:

• Any damage caused by you or your pets to the product this includes chewing, scratching, and gnawing.
• Damage to the product caused by an accident outside of JC’s Cow Horn Buckles control.
• Use of harsh chemicals, extreme heat or other substances known to be damaging to the materials of the product.
• Any customer made modifications, changes or alterations to the original product.

Shipping charges on warranty claims will be paid for by JC’s Cow Horn Buckles for repair or replacement of parts at the discretion of JC’s Cow Horn Buckles.

Customers are required to pay for the shipping when sending the item to us for repair. After the repair is done, we’ll cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
